To become active partner in the attainment of financial stability and growth, the Provincial Assessor’s Office shall provide accurate, updated, and systematic records of real property which are properly identified to property owners, to ensure accuracy on its appraisal and assessment services to the Nortehanons.

For Subdivision/Consolidation of Real Property with the Same Owner:

For New Declarations:

Here are the requirements needed in securing Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration of Property in our Office:

  1. Latest Tax Receipt or Tax Clearance from the Municipal Treasurer’s Office
  2. Any valid ID (proof of your identity)
  3. If you can’t come personally to our office, the representative must have a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or Authorization Letter together with a copy of any valid ID of the requester and the bearer as well

Note: The Provincial Assessor’s Office of Northern Samar adheres the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Data Privacy Act of 2012

  1. Certification of Real Property/ No Real Property from Municipal Assessor’s Office where your property is located
  2. Any valid ID (proof of your identity)
  3. If you can’t come personally to our office, the representative must have a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or Authorization Letter together with a photocopy of any valid ID of the requester and the bearer as well.
